Many wonder why we seldom eat out.  Check it out!
More photos to post.

Shanghai Lumpia (filipino spring rolls), everyone's favourite in our birth country, Philippines.
Our version:
1 kl Ground pork;
finely chopped carrots (2 med size), onions (3 med size) and celery;
3 eggs;
1 tsp pepper;
1 tsp salt;
3 tbsp oyster sauce;
4 calamansi (small lime);
wrapper and
olive oil for frying.

Toss everything into the bowl.  Mix all the ingredients using spoon or small spatula until thoroughly incorporated. Wrap and fry.
